1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Quovio application ("App"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and Majestic Media d.o.o., registered in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Quovio is a daily motivation and quotes mobile application. It delivers personalised quotes based on your selected topics, moods, and goals. You may like, save, and organise quotes, customise your experience with visual themes, and receive daily notification reminders.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time with reasonable notice.
3. User Accounts
You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account. One account per person. You may not create accounts for others or access another person's account.
If your account is compromised, contact us immediately at support@quovio.online.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Quovio for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not:
Scrape, extract, or systematically download quotes or App content
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use bots or automated tools to access the App
Upload or transmit malicious code
Attempt unauthorised access to any part of the App or its infrastructure
Use App content for commercial purposes without our written consent
5. Premium Subscription
What's included
Full quote library (20,000+), all themes (200+), all categories (50+), up to 5 daily notifications, early access to new features.
Pricing
Monthly: $7.00 per month
Annual: $66.00 per year
Billing
Processed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property
The App — including design, code, interface, and features — is owned by Majestic Media d.o.o. and protected by applicable intellectual property law. Quotes are attributed to their respective authors and displayed for personal inspiration. We do not claim ownership of quoted text. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of the App without our written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Majestic Media d.o.o. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
