1. Refunds
All Quovio subscription purchases are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. To request a refund contact support@quovio.online.
2. How to Request a Refund
Android / Google Play: Open the Google Play app → Account → Order history → find your Quovio purchase → tap "Request a refund."
iOS / App Store: Go to reportaproblem.apple.com → sign in → find your Quovio purchase → select "Request a Refund."
3. Cancellations
Cancelling your subscription stops future charges. You retain Premium access until the end of the current billing period.
