1. Introduction
Majestic Media d.o.o. ("we", "our", "us"), registered in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, operates the Quovio mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
By using Quovio you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Information We Collect
Account Data — name, email address, and hashed password when you register
Usage Data — quotes liked, collections created, topics selected, notification preferences, and in-app interactions
Device Data — operating system type and version for compatibility purposes
Optional Demographics — age range and gender if provided during onboarding, used solely to personalise your experience. Both fields are voluntary and skippable.
Attribution Data — how you heard about Quovio, used only for internal marketing analysis. Never shared with advertisers.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to:
Deliver and personalise your daily quotes based on topics, mood, and goals
Send push notifications at your chosen time windows
Sync your collections, liked quotes, and saved content across devices
Understand how features are used in order to improve the App
Process payments and manage your Premium subscription
Respond to support requests
We do not use your data for advertising profiling and we do not sell it to third parties.
4. Data Sharing
We share data only with the following service providers:
Paddle — payment processor for Premium subscriptions. Card details are handled entirely by Paddle. We do not store payment information.
OneSignal — push notification delivery. Your device token is shared with OneSignal solely to deliver notifications. OneSignal does not use this for advertising.
All providers are contractually bound to use your data only as necessary to provide their services. We may disclose data if required by law or valid legal process.
5. Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. On account deletion request, personal data is deleted within 30 days except where legal retention obligations apply (e.g. payment records for accounting purposes). Anonymised aggregate data may be retained indefinitely.
6. Your Rights
Access — request a copy of your personal data
Correction — update name and email in Settings > Profile
Deletion — request full account and data deletion
Portability — request your data in machine-readable format

7. Children's Privacy
Quovio is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have done so, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
8. Local Storage
The App uses local storage to save preferences, session data, and profile settings on your device. This data is not transmitted to third parties except as described in this policy. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the App or applicable law. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
